The New York Giants win their fourth straight game
The New York Giants defeated the Green Bay Packers on Sunday evening. The final score was 27-13. The game took place at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Giants defense played well again and the offense was pretty good. The offense still has areas to work on but it has been getting better.
The Giants defense had three interceptions and one of them went back for a touchdown. JPP had his second career interception return for a touchdown. The Giants had only eight interceptions all season before today. The defense has really stepped it up in the last four games. Beason has come to the team and made a huge difference. JPP is getting better and better, he was coming back from a back injury. Justin Tuck has looked better, the defense as a whole is playing great and that is really propelling the team.
The Giants offense has been better because they are more balanced. Andre Brown returning from injury has boosted the team. Eli Manning is playing better but he is still a little off and not in synch with all of the receivers. He was 25-35 for 279 yards. He had a touchdown and an interception. Victor Cruz led the receivers with eight catches for 110 yards. It was the first time a Giants receiver has had at least 100 yards since October 6th in Philadelphia. Rueben Randle had a touchdown catch, which was his sixth of the season. He has two more than Cruz and Brandon Jacobs.
Andre Brown led the rushing attack with 18 carries for 66 yards. He leads the team in rushing yards and has only played in two games. Jacobs was playing for the first time since October 10th in Chicago. He scored his 60th career-rushing touchdown extending his franchise record.
The Giants are now 4-6 and trail the Dallas Cowboys by a game and the Philadelphia Eagles are in first place at 6-5. The Giants host the Cowboys next Sunday at 4:25PM. The Giants could pull even with them and be right behind the Eagles for first place in the NFC East. Who would of thought that after a 0-6 start?

The New York Giants win in dominating fashion over the Green Bay Packers
The New York Giants defeated the Green Bay Packers by the score of 38-10 on Sunday night. The Giants had a couple of pretty bad weeks and they hadn’t played a really good game in quite a while. The Giants brought their A game in this one and looked like the World Champions that they are. The Giants after giving up an early score to the Packers really shut them down. The Giants offense was really balanced with the passing and rushing and their wasn’t much to complain about at all.
Eli Manning was 16-30 for 249 yards and three touchdowns. Andre Brown led the rushing with 64 yards on 13 attempts with a touchdown, Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for 58 yards on 10 carries with a touchdown. Hakeem Nicks had five receptions for 77 yards and a touchdown, Bradshaw had two receptions for 61 yards and Victor Cruz had three receptions for 36 yards and a touchdown. Martellus Bennett had three receptions for 44 yards, Rueben Randle had two receptions for 26 yards and a touchdown. Lawrence Tynes made one field goal from 43 yards and five extra points.
Mathias Kiwanuka had five tackles and an assist and two sacks to lead the defense. Kenny Phillips and Antrelle Rolle each had five tackles. Chase Blackburn, Chris Canty, Osi Umenyiora each had a sack.
Aaron Rodgers was 14-25 for 219 yards with a touchdown and an interception. James Starks led the Packers rushing with 35 yards on eight carries, Alex Green had 10 rushes for 30 yards and Rodgers had three rushes for 22 yards. John Kuhn had four rushes for 17 yards and Randall Cobb had one rush for 12 yards. Jordy Nelson led the receivers with two catches for 71 yards and a touchdown. Jermichael Finley had three catches for 51 yards, Kuhn had three catches for 49 yards and Cobb had four catches for 39 yards. Alex Green had three catches for 20 yards. Mason Crosby was 1-2 on field goals making a 28 yarder and missing a 55 yarder. He had one extra point.
A.J. Hawk led the defense with eight tackles and two assists. Brad Jones had six tackles and two assists, Dezman Moses had the only sack of Manning on the day.
The Giants and Packers both have records of 7-4. The Giants are in first place in the NFC East by two games over the Dallas Cowboys. The Packers are behind the Chicago Bears for first place in the NFC North. The Giants will face the Washington Redskins in Washington next Monday night.

NFL Week 4 football picks
The New York Giants will take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Kansas City and the New York Jets will head to New Orleans to take on the Saints. I will start with the Giants, I expect them to beat the Chiefs by a lot. I don't think there will be any looking ahead as they know what happened last year when they went into Cleveland and everyone thought they would win and they got beat up. The Chiefs have no passing attack and the Giants will be getting Kevin Dockery back to help the secondary, I expect Brandon Jacobs to get going and have a big game running. I am taking the Giants.
Giants 28- Chiefs 10
The Jets I think are going to lose their first game of the season. The Saints have the best offense and although I think the Jets defense is very good they will give up some points and I don't think Mark Sanchez and the offense can keep up with the Saints. I would think the Jets keep it competitive but lose.
Saints-24 Jets 17
My random pick of the week will be the Monday night game between Brett Favre and the Vikings and the Green Bay Packers. It should be interesting but Favre will be at home so it won't be like when he returns to Green Bay later in the year. I think the Vikings are good but not sure they are as good as they have looked, the Packers aren't great but should be better then they are. I will take the Vikings in a close one.
Vikings 24 Packers 21
Those are my picks for week 4 of the NFL season, I was right last week with the Giants wrong about the Jets and I did get the Colts right so I am 2-1 for the season, lets see how I do. I would like to hear other opinions so please comment here and let me know if you think I am right, wrong or whatever lets have some fun with the picks as we go along.
