The New York Yankees were defeated
by the New York Mets on Monday night.
The game took place at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York and the

started and pitched ok, the bullpen was terrible. Bartolo Colon didn't pitch well for the Mets

his defense.
The Mets have now won two straight
with very good comebacks. The Yankees
have lost three in a row and are only a game above 500. The Yankees right now have some serious
pitching problems with 3/5 of their starting rotation on the DL and the bullpen
springing some leaks and having some nagging injuries in it. The two teams will play game two of their four
game series on Tuesday night. The scene
will then shift to Citi Field for Wednesday and Thursday night games.
